She is also the founder of UK Aviation Consulting Ltd and has worked across the UK, Europe, and the United States.

Rikke is a member of the Royal Aeronautical Society, Women in Aviation International, and The Whirly-Girls International, and is an active advocate for developing the next generation of aviation professionals through speaking and mentoring engagements.
