VERICUT

Vericut Verification helps manufacturers remove risk from machining by reading and simulating the same post-processed G-code that runs on your machine, and informs you of any potential collisions or errors before you send the real part to be machined.

Optimisation capabilities of the software, either as a standalone platform or add on module, creates the most efficient NC program for any material, cutting tool and machining conditions - helping manufacturers machine faster. With Force, users can expect their machine cycle times to be slashed by up to 25% and tool life to be preserved by up to two times.

This profile is generated through an AI research agent.

VERICUT, developed by CGTech, is a leading provider of CNC verification, simulation, and analysis software. The software creates a digital twin of CNC machines, enabling manufacturers to simulate and optimize their machining processes, reduce errors, and improve efficiency. VERICUT is widely used across industries such as aerospace, automotive, industrial, medical, mold & die, oil & gas, and more. The company’s solutions integrate with existing CAD/CAM systems and are trusted by major manufacturers globally for their ability to prevent costly collisions, reduce prove-out times, and enhance productivity.

CGTech, the company behind VERICUT, was founded in 1988 and is headquartered in Irvine, California, USA, with its UK office located in Hove, East Sussex. The company has a global presence with offices in Germany, France, Italy, Japan, China, India, Brazil, Singapore, South Korea, and Canada.
