SGBA is a consortium of 10 experienced business advisors who have held senior positions in a variety of organisations both large and small. Our main specialities include strategy, sales and marketing, financial control and planning, general business management. We work with the owners and managers of SMEs who want to develop and grow their business.
Our approach is to provide FAC members with a no obligation free business health check where we identify key issues either restricting development or adding to costs. If then required we will work out an action plan with the client to help solve these issues. Depending on the issues identified we can call on our colleagues who have specific expertise to help solve these problems, should they lie outside our personal experience. Unlike other organisations, we get involved with the company by rolling up our sleeves and getting our hands dirty in implementing the advice provided.
We work in a variety of ways including on a retainer basis, on a project basis or in an ad hoc mode all to suit the clients' requirements.
