In the Defence Air sector we have provided support to many programmes over many years for both fixed and rotary wing projects, and for ground based Aircraft support systems.
The FSTA Programme is the largest Defence PFI project, which will provide the RAF with an air refuelling and air transport capability to replace the current VC10 and TriStar fleet. We have supported the AirTanker consortium from the outset undertaking operational performance modelling, programme management, R&M modelling & analysis, and supportability planning.
Pilatus Aircraft Limited recognised that its business strategy and working practices had to embrace the emerging changes in market demand for service-based contracting. To that end, we undertook a strategic review of the ILS organisation and supporting processes to identify a roadmap for change to enable Pilatus to deliver innovative support solutions to its future PC-21 advanced training aircraft customers. This work was supported by the development of an operational performance model.
Our systems modelling capability was chosen by the SAR IPT to develop a logistics and capability model of the UK Search and Rescue Helicopter (SAR-H) Fleet to prove the response time and availability of any proposed Search and Rescue Helicopter fleet solution.
